The Saline model is inspired by a basketball shoe from the mid-1980s. With its sophisticated lacing and ankle-free design, it sits extremely comfortably on the foot, making it the ideal everyday shoe. The striking, contrasting rubber outsole is not only robust, it also offers good traction and therefore good grip on almost any surface. The perforated toe cap ensures a pleasant foot climate. The upper material consists of a leather alternative made from polyurethane, cotton and corn waste as well as organic cotton. The lining is made from viscose and recycled polyester. The insole is removable. It can be replaced with your own insoles if required.

Flamingos Life is a Spanish shoe brand founded in 2015 with the aim of producing high-quality, fashionable shoes that are completely free from animal materials. They use plant-based materials such as corn waste, bamboo, organic cotton and natural rubber. The shoes are produced in traditional shoe factories in Spain and Portugal under fair working conditions. Flamingos Life is also actively involved in various environmental projects, supporting Brunnenbau in Africa and - in cooperation with The Eden Project - planting trees in countries of the Global South for every pair of shoes sold.
