A notebook like this offers even self-confessed polyscriber enough space: experiences and observations of years can be recorded here on more than six square meters of space. The thin 50 g/sqm paper used ensures that it remains in notebook format and does not mutate into a bulky volume. It actually fits into the inside pocket of a jacket without being bulky. Two ribbon markers - one in black, one in the color of the page cut - provide quick orientation. The cover is made of deep black, robust Lefa and is therefore even washable. However, there is one compromise to be made: Fountain pens and fiber pens are not suitable for the thin paper; we recommend pencils or ballpoint pens with a fine lead.

It is a true mass storage device and thus an analog counterpart to the digital terabyte hard disk and the gigabyte stick: the Manufactum notebook made of thin paper offers almost 500 pages of space for notes of all kinds. A less "high-tech" comparison: it is a secularized form of the church hymnal. On the one hand, because, like this one, it uses thin paper - there would be no other way to accommodate hundreds and hundreds of hymns. On the other hand, because hymnals have to be able to withstand constant transportation in handbags and glove compartments as well as hands-free use that puts a lot of strain on the spine and stitching.
