Nonstick Pan with the Best Frying Properties.
Fuse high and efficiency and you get Hifficiency®. So this nonstick pan is highly efficient. Why that is, one can easily explain: The skillet comes in tri-ply style with thin layers of ferromagnetic steel on the outside and aluminium on the inside; therefore, it takes advantage of the excellent thermal conductivity of the light metal. Swiftly, the pan body becomes very hot and heats the food evenly. Short cooking times are the result. The manufacturer in Wilhelmshaven expressly recommends handling the pan with care to prevent overheating: You should use this pan only at medium heat – especially on induction stovetops. This recommendation applies to the preheating phase as well as the actual cooking. Consider placing the food to be fried directly in the still cold pan with the addition of frying fat. In this way, you concurrently protect the innovative coating made of quartz ceramic and the high-performance plastic PEK (polyether ketone). In contrast to conventional PTFE coatings, the manufacturer can affix this coating solvent-free. In four work steps, each Hifficiency® pan gets a particularly robust and thick coating. Seamlessly applied on the outside and inside, even on the stainless steel handle, the coating resists temperatures up to 450 °C. The advantage: When you heat the pan, no vapours escape, and the coating cannot peel off the body.
