The BLACK STEEL pan series convinces with an extremely efficient and fast heat conduction. The sharp searing of any cooked food but also braising becomes a real breeze. Especially when frying meat, but also fish and eggs, this pan achieves the best result. Daily use of the pans builds up a natural and effective non-stick property. Through use, a bottom layer caramelizes and develops a patina. This natural process makes the pan indestructible. BLACK STEEL pans are suitable for all heat sources. Cleaning is done with the help of a brush and hot water without the aid of soaps.
Small tip: Induction cooktops heat up very quickly and strongly. If the pan is heated too quickly, it may warp due to the thermal shock. We recommend heating the pan on medium heat. Never heat on full to avoid warping the pan.
