The fragrance combinations of the individual air sprays are based on tried and tested recipes and follow the findings of aromatherapy, which can be used to enhance the beneficial effect of the essential oils.

The pillow spray works best if you spray it onto the pillow just before you go to sleep - one to three pumps are enough. We recommend starting with one spray and then increasing the quantity to the desired intensity as required. The pillow spray can also be used as a room spray.
