Hairbrushes with wooden pins are the first choice for many, especially for detangling longer, voluminous and curly hair. The antistatic natural material is not only pleasant to the touch, but is also gentle on the hair thanks to its finely sanded surface. At the same time, the rounded wooden pins provide an intensive massage of the scalp. The only thing that can make such a wooden hairbrush impractical when traveling is that it takes up a lot of space.

The Kost Kamm wooden brush, on the other hand, is perfect for traveling. Made without a handle and consisting only of a round body with a diameter of seven centimetres, the brush fits in any toiletry bag. The highlight is its design: the rubber bed (made of natural rubber) with wooden pins is embedded in a wooden body, as with other wooden brushes, but here it is in the shape of a ring. The rubber bed is therefore accessible from both sides so that the wooden pins can be folded in and out. When not in use, the brush is a compact disk. To brush hair, simply push the rubber bed with the wooden pins outwards again - and the pop-up brush is ready for use. Thanks to the recessed grip in the edge, it sits comfortably in the hand (even when detangling stubborn hair). Like the body, the wooden pins are made from local beech wood and are very finely sanded.

A word about care: You can clean the brush gently with warm water and mild shampoo, then leave to dry standing on the wooden pins.
