Returns
If you do not like one or more items from your order or they do not fit, you can return them to us free of charge within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please contact our Customer Service stating your order number. We will send you a corresponding return label with which you can return the items to us free of charge.
Please note that items can only be returned undamaged, complete and in their original packaging.

If an item is defective or damaged, we are very sorry. In such a case, please contact our customer service directly, indicating the item and order number, preferably by e-mail, and send a photo of the damaged goods.
In the event that you require a return label, please contact our customer service.
Once your returned items have been received and processed, refunds will be made to credit cards and PayPal within 14 days using the same method you used to pay. If you have paid for your order in advance, please contact our Customer Service stating your bank details.
