Rotary dryer wood

The natural alternative to the widely used aluminum version is the rotary clothes dryer made of wood. The Swedish manufacturer of this rotary dryer uses only fine-growth Swedish pine wood without knots for its model, which remains untreated. In total, the rotary clothes dryer consists of three parts: The two-part pole is plugged together during assembly with the help of a steel sleeve, the umbrella head (stretched Ø 2.36 m) finally slid over the pole. It is free to rotate, so that the washing turns with the wind without danger to the overall construction. The line can be retightened at any time.

When the weather is right, anyone with a garden or balcony wants to take their washing out into the fresh air. You certainly remember the effect: laundry dried outside later gives off that unique, fresh scent of wind, blossoms, and sun. What’s more, laundry dries faster in a fresh breeze than indoors, where it often remains clammy. Besides, unlike when drying in a conventional electric tumble dryer, the energy consumption is zero – apart from the small amount of muscle tension required to carry the laundry out and hang it up.
