Her great-grandfather Max Jagla made the start in his grocery store and since then the herbal bitters have been refined in taste from generation to generation and differentiated into various spirits. Other compositions and non-alcoholic drinks have long since been added. However, one thing always applies: the herbs used are so pure that they meet the requirements of the German Pharmacopoeia.
