This simple but effective steam stone, which is called "Höyrykivet" in Finland, comes from the land of sauna enthusiasts. Traditionally made by hand from soapstone, it stores the heat in the sauna particularly well and heats the water in the holes provided. Unlike an infusion, the water does not evaporate all at once, but gradually, thus continuously humidifying the sauna air - for around 15 minutes when the water hole is completely full. You can also add scented essences or essential oils to the water, the fine aroma of which is gradually distributed with the steam in the sauna. Using two or three steam stones has also proved to be a good idea - for more steam or a more intense fragrance if you use scented oils or similar.

Certain manufacturing steps are carried out by hand. Slight dimensional and color deviations may therefore occur.
