Senger beanbag goose

Flexible and crumpled, benevolently following the child's body and yet giving support: As a cozy resting zone, cuddly reading corner and cuddly meeting place to chat, a beanbag is almost unsurpassed. In addition, it finds a (still) crumple-free zone in every room and can be quickly moved to wherever it is needed and desired. This beanbag of the manufacture Senger tops the comfort with its quaint feathered design: the movable wings and legs as well as the long goose neck can be draped as desired and can thereby cuddle small and larger children as cuddly as a blanket (or a loving hug).

Natural materials and careful manufacturing by hand ensure that the feel-good and cuddly factor is of long duration. The outer cover is made of pure organic cotton, as is the ticking, while the filling of the head, neck and feet is made of pure new wool of German origin. The ticking of the (seat) torso is filled with spelt husks (kbA) and thus clearly looks more pleasant and environmentally friendly than commercially available, persistently squeaky Styrofoam fillings. At the transition to the torso, the neck, wings and legs are stuffed more loosely so that they can be placed in any desired position. And since a good (picture) book often includes a crispy cookie, a coloring book a drawing over the line, and a slumbering child a spitting thread, the ticking can be removed and the goose subjected to hand washing. Thus, the Senger beanbag proves itself as a crispy-cuddly companion - long beyond toddler age.

All things plush started with a family of mice in 1985. While the variety of Senger plush toys has grown to include rabbits, bears, geese, giraffes, zebras, hedgehogs, and many others, Volker and Sabine Senger have remained true to their initial conviction: To this day, they produce well-made and long-lasting toys handmade in Germany. What’s more, the owners of the manufactory based in Obersinn in Lower Franconia attach great importance to the use of environmentally friendly materials and dispense with chemical additives and harmful substances. Invariably, they use plush woven in Upper Franconia from certified organic cotton for their plush toys. Eventually, the manufactory has received many awards for the Sengers’ ecological commitment.
