Nature provides a wide range of medicinal plants whose effective essences and essential oils have been used by humans for thousands of years. The forms of application are as varied as the plants themselves: as pure essence, tea, ointment or paste. When added to an infusion in the sauna, the essential oils can develop their intense aroma particularly well and have a stimulating or calming effect, depending on the combination of oils. Oskari Berlin uses only natural essential oils for its sauna infusions. The fragrance combinations of the individual infusions follow the findings of aromatherapy and thus enhance the beneficial effect of the essential oils. This sauna set contains four sauna concentrates for relaxing sauna infusions and varied fragrance experiences.

"Herbal Kick" is a spicy sauna concentrate with the natural essential oils of rosemary, sage, cedar, camphor and lavender. With its wonderfully warm, aromatic fragrance, the sauna infusion revitalizes and awakens the senses. "Alpenzirbe" contains the essential oils of Swiss stone pine, eucalyptus and pine needles. Spicy and aromatic like a Swiss stone pine forest and as fresh as an Alpine lake, the concentrate has a soothing, invigorating effect on tiredness and exhaustion. In the "Breathe deeply & well" infusion, the essential oils of eucalyptus, juniper and maritime pine refresh and relax, allowing you to breathe freely."Löyly" is an original Finnish sauna infusion - with resinous, balsamic incense, sweet, warm vanilla and fruity, woody juniper for a very special fragrance experience. In Finnish, the steam blast that is created when the hot stones of the sauna heater are doused with water is called löyly (= glowing breath). Incidentally, this does not increase the sweating effect, but the water vapor condensing on the skin creates this feeling.

To use, mix two to five caps of the sauna infusion concentrate with one liter of water, depending on your personal preference. Alternatively, pour a small amount of sauna infusion directly into the water-filled sauna ladle.
