Icy-fresh and citrus-floral: with a subtle floral rose note and spicy-tart leather notes on a warm-woody base of ambergris, musk and sandalwood

Shaving soap has two benefits: Firstly, the blade glides more easily over the skin thanks to the lather. Secondly, the soap dissolves the outer fatty layer of the beard hairs so that they can absorb water and swell. At the same time, the skin swells up from the water, the beard hairs stand upright - and are then ready for shaving. However, only an alkaline (and not pH-neutral) creamy lather ensures a good swelling effect and a deep, smooth and gentle shave.

Eisbär shaving soap produces just such a creamy, firm lather. But it can do even more, because its ingredients and additives from algae support the regeneration of the skin after shaving. Fine vegetable oils are boiled for the base soap. Niels Klar, a fifth-generation soap maker, swears by palm oil (from certified cultivation, of course), which provides the beautifully firm texture and incomparably creamy lather. Sunflower, olive, almond and coconut oil soften and moisturize the skin. Panthenol and lipids provide additional care and help to stabilize the skin's protective barrier.
