Please note that outside the EU, a different delivery address may not be in a country other than the billing address. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver plants and seeds abroad. For shipments abroad, we charge the actual postage costs - these will be shown to you before you complete your order and are normally sent by DHL to your home address. For items that cannot be sent as a standard parcel due to their dimensions (bulky goods), the transport service providers charge a service surcharge, which we pass on. The bulky goods surcharge is payable in the amount of €14.00 as soon as at least one bulky goods item is included in the order.
