For a spicy cream, simply take 200 grams of yogurt, mayonnaise, sour cream or crème fraîche and stir in three to four heaping teaspoons of the herb mixture. The mixture tastes great with grilled meat and fish or even with jacket potatoes and baguette.

Laux in Rhineland-Palatinate has been committed to indulgence since 1990. What began at the time as a small dedicated family business, quickly became a nationally known manufactory.
