The special fold-cutting technique, in which a sheet of paper folded several times is cut into artistic shapes and patterns, has been passed down from generation to generation in the maker's family. The series of paper-cut stars is joined here by a star with slightly wider rays thanks to a pattern designed exclusively for us. Fold by fold, cut by cut, this silhouette star is also created meticulously by hand - and yet each star is unique. The ends are accurately glued and sewn together and are finished with a fine layer of colored lacquer, which gives it additional strength. At the same time, the well thought-out innovations in the folded cut technique make the star appear more powerful and visually take up more space. With its strong presence, this silhouette star not only enhances the Christmas tree immensely, but can also effectively decorate windows, doors and walls as a solitaire.
