A swing-head shaver that can be fitted with classic razor blades instead of the usual interchangeable heads - the ideal combination that we have long been waiting for. A Munich-based company has closed this gap with the Shavent. As with a system shaver, the shaving head is mounted on an oscillating bearing and can adapt flexibly and agilely to all facial and body contours. In contrast to conventional swing-head shavers, however, this one is equipped with three (halved) classic razor blades, with which it shaves thoroughly and gently, making it suitable for sensitive skin areas such as armpits or legs. And so that you can also use it (non-slip) safely in the shower, its handle is ergonomic and also slightly longer.

The parts of the Shavent are produced in Thuringia and assembled in Munich. It is made entirely of metal, even the swing head is completely plastic-free. All components are manufactured using the zinc die-casting process, carefully ground, polished and given a shiny chrome finish - this also makes a visual impression and ensures that the swing-head shaver is easy to clean and durable. Changing the blade is quick and easy: knurled screws and magnets hold the individual parts of the razor head together, which can be easily loosened. Loosen the knurled screws, replace the blades, don't forget the spacers, reassemble - and the Shavent is ready for the next shave. If you prefer fewer than three blades, the shaver can also be operated with just two blades. However, shaving with the full complement of three blades is usually perceived as the gentlest option.
