Made from strong, hard-wearing half-linen and slightly thicker in the weave (surface weight 250 g/sqm), this tea towel also dries larger quantities. It has a slightly looser weave than comparable tea towels and is therefore quite bulky. Thanks to the combination of higher material weight and twill weave on one side and the cotton-linen mix on the other, the towel is supple, sturdy and highly absorbent. It can therefore also be used as a kitchen towel: for wet hands, hot pots or clean worktops.

The half-linen tea towel is woven by the Seegers & Sohn linen factory in Lower Saxony: strong linen yarn (yarn count Nm 26) in the warp and strong cotton yarn (yarn count Nm 50/2) in the weft. The stripes and the surrounding frame are jacquard woven and therefore appear on the reverse of the cloth in the same color. We recommend allowing the tea towel to dry well after use, preferably spread out over a towel rail or line.
