Good for the transitional season: a lightweight, loosely woven plain weave (and therefore slightly transparent) scarf in an almost square shape with narrow fringed edges all around. The fact that this lightweight scarf is nevertheless very warm is due to the blend of materials: 95% cashmere and 5% wool. It is a rarity that both fibers come from recycled sources. Thanks to its size, the scarf can be worn in different tying techniques, ensuring a variety of looks.

The fashion label Rifò was founded in 2017 by Niccolò Cipriani as a start-up in Prato, Tuscany, with the mission of counteracting overproduction in the clothing industry: with timeless, circular fashion that consists of a high proportion of high-quality recycled natural fibers. Rifò is the Tuscan short form of an inflection of the Italian verb "rifare", which means "to renew" or "to do again", and this is precisely the principle of the Italian label: to create something new from something old. The garments and accessories consist of at least 50 percent recycled natural fibers, plus a proportion of newly produced natural materials. The recycled fibers are obtained on the one hand from pre-consumer textiles (waste from the textile industry) and on the other from post-consumer textiles (used clothing donations). Rifò produces in the region in order to keep production routes as short as possible and to promote the local economy. The yarn and fabric suppliers that the fashion label works with are mainly located in the textile district of Prato.
