Lightweight (and slightly transparent) scarf made from skin-friendly cotton that can be worn as a neck or head scarf depending on the occasion. The design features a striking floral pattern. The edges of the scarf are edged and the Moismont lettering is printed in a matching color.

Martine and Jacques Bijvoet are behind the Moismont label, which is based in Picardy, France. With their fashion, the two are committed to authenticity, traditions and values. It is therefore not surprising that their scarves and stoles, garments and bags combine French textile design and traditional Indian weaving. After all, the original scarf (which we understand to be worn more like a stole) once found its way from the Indian subcontinent to Europe. And this shawl culture is still very much alive in India today: Yarn dyeing, weaving and printing techniques are passed down from generation to generation there - in three carefully differentiated professions, each of which possesses and guards its own unique know-how.

The garment may rub off onto light-coloured materials such as other garments, furniture and upholstery fabrics.
