This blouse is a real eye-catcher. The fine, slightly transparent fabric made from skin-friendly, organically grown cotton features delicate, partly openwork embroidery with floral and geometric elements. The fabric is gathered underneath the lace bands in the chest area and under the back shoulder yoke, which emphasizes the feminine touch and, together with the flounces at the sides, gives the blouse a beautiful, playful look. It has a slightly flared, figure-skimming fit with a straight hem and long sleeves with elasticated cuffs. The round neckline is trimmed with a decorative lace band. The blouse fastens with a mother-of-pearl neck button.

The work of fashion label Lanius is influenced by three factors: first, a style characterised by sophisticated designs and forms, secondly the use of certified raw materials and thirdly the guarantee that all garments have been produced under fair working conditions. Depending on the garment, one factor may get centre stage, but the other factors don’t move out of the focus – however, importance is always attached to outstanding quality both in terms of materials and finish. The label was founded in 1999 by Claudia Lanius, who works on all her ideas and designs in her Cologne studio; she has them developed by her team and then assembled by producers in several countries.
