Work knife SK15-DLC
Beautiful tools - the best working tools. The VEARK knives have a convincing aesthetic and are not inferior in quality to their appearance. The knives, designed as a monobloc, are drop-forged in Solingen from the best blade steel. This steel consists of the alloy components carbon, chromium, molybdenum and vanadium. This makes the knives highly resistant to corrosion and, above all, they can be sharpened better and sharper, as they have an above-average hardness of 58 Rockwell for knife steel. This basically means: A harder knife can be sharpened more effectively and the sharpened blade lasts longer. This means that the so-called edge retention is maintained for longer. VEARK knives are well-balanced in the hand. Thanks to their industrial look, the blank-like handle parts not only have a unique aesthetic, but are also easy to grip and handle. The knife series is complemented by the cutting board, an ideal work surface that protects the blades. MAGAZIN and Veark are underlining their long-standing partnership with a special version of the SK15 work knife. It has all the good features of the VEARK knife series. However, its surface is given a fine, ultra-fine black coating, originally known from the world of tools and mechanical engineering. There it is used as wear protection for drills and gears. The name: diamond-like carbon (DLC). The result: the surface is even more durable and resistant to scratches with an impressive appearance. Produced exclusively for MAGAZIN.
