Hüppen are Swiss wafer rolls, which are produced in particular in Thurgau and in and around Zurich. These Hüppen come from the manufactory of Guido Straumann in Wädenswil on Lake Zurich. They are unsurpassably crispy and lusciously filled with the finest gianduja. The original recipe from 1947 is a closely guarded family secret. But this much can be revealed: Only natural raw materials of the highest quality are used. Straumann is the last small family business among the Hüppenbäckers. He produces this culinary heritage of Switzerland in careful handwork.

Wafer curls with gianduja
Hazelnut gianduja filling (54%): hazelnuts (27%), cocoa mass, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla, flavour (vanillin). Wafer curls (46%): wheat flour, sugar, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, whole egg powder (barn eggs), table salt (iodized).
