Nothing but Nougat.
This bar combines the flavours of milk chocolate (cocoa content 31.7%), hazelnut paste and real vanilla in a smooth, mouth-watering chocolate spread, or gianduja. But this delicious bar doesn’t have a nougat filling, it actually consists entirely of nougat.

Wallonia, or more precisely Goé-Limbourg, not far from the historical part of Limbourg, is the home of the Chocolaterie Mireille. "Simplement Bon" – simply good – claims the sign on the two-storey quarry stone building which houses boulangerie, patisserie and chocolaterie. Since 1967, the company has been synonymous with artisanal Belgian chocolate. Mireille's most popular products are chocolate bars with their exquisite fillings: to say the least, praline bars would be a more appropriate term.
