Bolster millet husks

A bolster provides - of course - a supportive base for the neck, it thereby simultaneously relieves the shoulders and muscles, especially for back sleepers, helping to prevent tension. The roll should not be too high, because it should only fill the space between the neck and the pad, without reinforcing the natural neck lordosis or even bending the head. For side sleepers who otherwise prefer a neck pillow that also supports the head, the bolster is a space-saving alternative when traveling. In addition, it can also serve as a knee roll in the supine position or relieve pressure on the hips in the side position by being placed between the thighs and knees. But also on the sofa and in the armchair, the roll performs well as a headrest or reading pillow.

Our bolster is filled with organic millet husks, it thus adapts well to individual circumstances, yet provides a rather firm base. At the same time, the millet husks store the body's own heat and thus contribute to a relaxed, restful sleep. You can easily modify the height by pushing the filling away from the center into the sides, this simultaneously creates a lateral guide. The cover is made of durable, soft, GOTS-certified cotton fabric with a concealed zipper, you can remove the filling and put it in the machine for washing. Please use mild detergent without optical brighteners to maintain the natural color tone.
