General Information

Compatible with plastics. The hose connections

The brass fittings for 1/2" garden hoses are the more robust and weatherproof alternative to the standard plastic hose coupling systems. However, they are compatible with their plastic cousins and are suitable for the corresponding garden hoses. It is therefore easy to upgrade and retrofit.

You need two hose connections or couplings per hose: one (without water stop) on the tap side and one (optionally with or without water stop) on the appliance side. The water stop function is recommended if you use watering rods, spray guns or spray nozzles without their own stop valve: this allows you to stop the water flow on site and change watering devices without having to turn off the tap for this purpose.
