Scandinavian classic
Amazingly easy to use and highly efficient, this tool complements the axe when splitting logs. The idea and design come from Sweden, the cast iron parts are of Danish origin.
Powerful. Simple construction with a long service life
Log by log, the (kindling) wood to be split is placed on the steps of the staircase and can then be split effortlessly using the strong blade. There is hardly any risk of injury as the splitting process is under control at all times (unlike when using an axe).

It splits pieces up to 40 cm long. The blade can be sharpened. Cast iron. For securing the blade when not in use the device is equipped with a steel locking ring that can be simply elevated in order to use.
Height 58 cm, width 8 cm, depth 13.5 cm. Weight 4.8 kg. Fastening material for mounting on the wall is included.
