Novila stands for the highest quality in materials and workmanship - for nightwear and underwear, not necessarily for bed linen. But anyone who is familiar with fabrics and tailoring for clothing that lies next to the skin is virtually predestined for bed linen - we thought to ourselves and asked whether Novila could produce flannel bed linen for us. Not just any flannel, but one made from the same soft and supple flannel that Novila also uses to make women's nightgowns. The skin-friendly, yet hard-wearing cotton fabric feels pleasantly warm from the first contact with the skin thanks to its roughened surface - a particularly welcome feature in winter. Cotton flannel is also temperature-regulating and absorbent. Novila uses a fine cotton yarn of Nm 30/2 for this flannel, resulting in a very dense and uniform fabric with a soft feel that is nevertheless very durable. With a basis weight of 270 g/sqm, the cotton flannel is ideal for cold nights and provides cozy warmth. The fine checked pattern is woven (not printed) and all comforter covers have a zipper.
