Minimalism is often used as a buzzword—here we encounter it in its purest form: vegetable-tanned cowhide leather, handcrafted into a sleek, flat design. A total of five slots—one main compartment and two staggered slots each on the front and back—hold your most important IDs and cards, folded bills, and tickets. The sturdy, non-slip smooth leather gently cradles its contents and will develop the material’s characteristic, unique patina over time. Thanks to its compact size, the card case fits not only in a small handbag but also in a pants pocket.

Support Trade, Not Aid. Under this motto, Paulien Wesselink founded her label O My Bag to produce bags with respect for the environment and people. The designs are created at the company’s headquarters in Amsterdam, and production takes place in Kolkata, India—a deliberate decision to offer local producers and their families fair wages and access to the global market.

O My Bag ’s bags and small leather goods are characterized by a clean, functional style that is timelessly contemporary and reflects the durability of the material from which they are made: high-quality, vegetable-tanned leather. For Paulien Wesselink, leather remains a sensible option due to its low environmental impact, provided it is tanned without chromium and dyed with natural raw materials. In addition, the brand uses GOTS-certified cotton, but it is also open to innovative materials: Since 2021, O My Bag has also been producing bags and wallets made from AppleSkin™, a vegan leather alternative.
