Breton pastries enjoy an exceptionally good reputation thanks to their delicious flavor. These Crêpes Dentelle are no exception. They are golden brown and crispy, light as a feather and airy, and above all: simply delicious. During production at Les Gavottes in Quimper, the still-soft, paper-thin crêpes are rolled over each other multiple times using a unique process before they harden and develop their inimitable crispy texture. Crêpes Dentelle are excellent with crème brûlée and ice cream. They’re also a treat as a crispy layer in desserts or simply on their own—or with coffee.
