Cupcake Wrappers Turned into Glass.
The shape of the relatively thick-walled dessert bowl is modelled on the cupcake wrappers the patissiers use to prepare their sweets. The inexpensive machine glass comes from the oldest still-producing French glassworks based in the Saône region south of the Vosges.
