All-metal device. Housing made of anodized aluminum castings. Safety shield made of translucent plastic. Handle and turning knob for adjusting the cutting thickness are made of black plastic. Feet are also made of plastic. Knife 195 mm Ø, cutting height 13 cm.

Delivered with knife sharpener and 1 small bottle of vaseline oil for occasional application on mechanical parts. Detailed user manual is enclosed.

For more than 25 years the company Essedue, from the northern Italian province of Pavia has gained experience in manufacturing slicers for professional and domestic use. Until today no part of the production has been outsourced. Every single process takes place in the plant in Cura Carpignano, Italy – from casting the unmachined parts to assembly and quality assurance.
