This coffee blend, specially formulated for use in the French Press, is the result of a collaboration between Manufactum and the coffee experts at Bodum. It consists of 60 percent Caturra beans from the Aquiares Estate in Turrialba, Costa Rica, which grow at altitudes ranging from 800 to 1,450 meters and give the coffee its smooth, buttery base with subtle caramel notes. The remainder consists of heirloom varieties from the Danche Station in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. They are cultivated at an impressive altitude of 2,000 to 2,300 meters and complement the flavor profile with floral chamomile notes and an invigorating, slightly fruity acidity. All beans were washed and processed using the wet method, which ensures a clean flavor and a pleasant clarity of aromas. The roast deliberately highlights the sweet notes by emphasizing what nature and the growing conditions have endowed the beans with. The Everyday Blend is thus literally a coffee for daily enjoyment that leaves you wanting more.
