This measuring cup made of heat-resistant borosilicate glass not only helps to determine the correct amounts of just prepared sauces, funds or broths, it also separates the lean (ergo floating at the bottom) from the fat (ergo floating at the top) portions - thanks to the spout attached just above the bottom. Made in the Czech Republic.
