Fireplace set steel forged

For this fireplace set, blanks are first cut from steel plates by laser. These blanks are shaped by forging by hand. With the recess machined on the handle, they are hooked into the counterparts provided on the retaining bracket, which prevents them from slipping or falling off. The blade of the ash shovel is attached to the forged handle by means of steel rivets, and the body of the sweeper is bolted to the handle. The trim of the sweep consists of natural bristles, which are drawn in by hand. This fireside set you get only with us.
