Nature offers a wide range of medicinal plants, and humans have been using their potent essences and essential oils for millennia. The ways to use them are as varied as the plants themselves: as pure essences, teas, ointments, or pastes. When added to a sauna infusion, the essential oils can release their intense aroma particularly well and, depending on the combination of oils, have either a stimulating or calming effect. Oskari Berlin uses only naturally pure essential oils for its sauna infusions. The fragrance combinations of the individual infusions are based on the principles of aromatherapy, further enhancing the soothing effects of the essential oils. This set includes three invigorating sauna concentrates.

“Summer Freshness,” with essential oils of lemony lemongrass, refreshing mint, fruity bergamot, and floral ylang-ylang, promotes relaxation and a good mood—ideal for combating the winter blues, low spirits, fatigue, and exhaustion. “Alpine Swiss Stone Pine” contains the essential oils of Swiss stone pine, eucalyptus, and pine needles from organic cultivation. Spicy and aromatic like a Swiss stone pine forest and fresh like an alpine lake, this concentrate has a soothing and invigorating effect on fatigue and exhaustion. In the “Breathe Deep & Well” infusion, the essential oils of eucalyptus, juniper, and maritime pine refresh and relax, promoting free, deep breathing.

To use, mix two to five capfuls of the sauna infusion concentrate with one liter of water, depending on your personal preference. Alternatively, add a small amount of the sauna infusion directly to a sauna ladle filled with water.
