The best solution for storing fruit, FRUITS ON AIR is a small storage furniture that is not only space-saving but also a decorative solution. Many different varieties can be safely stored on three levels. Thanks to good ventilation on all sides, the fruit lasts longer. The slim design ensures that little space is required. The designer Marisa Christl is a member of the MAGAZIN team. Her work was created as part of a project at Ecosign University in Cologne.

Products from a special manufacturer: The history of SIDE BY SIDE began on the initiative of product designer Sabine Meyer. Ten years ago, she got to know the work of the Wendelstein Werkstätten, a carpentry workshop in the Bavarian foothills of the Alps. Impressed by the quality of the products, she learned of the skills and enthusiasm of the handicapped craftspeople employed there. Since then, the Wendelstein Werkstätten have produced high-quality products, well-designed by her and other product designers, in excellent handicrafts.

The project is impressive proof that product quality and social commitment can complement each other perfectly. The success of SIDE BY SIDE speaks for itself. Preferably made of domestic woods, all products get a thorough surface treatment with environmentally friendly oils, waxes or lacquers. Meanwhile, SIDE BY SIDE has been awarded a multitude of design prizes.
