Fairly traded and certified organic virgin sheep's wool is the basis of this garden binder twine. A proportion of natural rubber, also sourced from fair trade, extends the durability on the one hand and reinforces the naturally existing adhesive properties of the wool on the other. Nevertheless, both materials in combination are so soft, almost pliable, that the skin or bark of the tied-on plants is not affected or even damaged. Thus, the concern about snapping off parts of the plant is also eliminated.
