Gift certificates

Our PDF gift certificates can be purchased in our online shop or from our customer service. You can find our range of vouchers here.

Gift certificates can be purchased in values ranging from a minimum of €10 to a maximum of €500. The total value of gift gift certificates per order may not exceed €500.

The shipping of a PDF gift certificate by e-mail is of course free of charge.

Our gift certificates can be redeemed in our online shop or through our customer service. You can find a quick guide on where and how to redeem a gift card in the online shop here.

There may be several reasons for this:

First, please check the purchase date of the gift certificate to see if it has expired. It is also possible that the gift certificate has already been redeemed.

In rare cases, a gift certificate may not be redeemable for technical reasons. Please check that you have entered the correct combination of gift certificate number and PIN.

If none of these cases apply, please contact our Customer Service.

The gift certificate is valid until the end of the third year after purchase.

If you have not received a PDF gift certificate after completing the order process, please check your spam folder and verify the email address you used.

If you cannot find the email with the PDF gift certificate there either, please contact our Customer Service via e-mail.

• You can easily check the value of your gift certficate in your account. To do this, log in to your customer account and go to "Gift certificate amount". Please enter the number and PIN you find on your voucher here
• You can also check the value of your gift certifivate in the shopping cart. To do this, please enter the gift certificate number and PIN in the appropriate fields on the shopping cart page under "Redeem gift certificate". The value of the gift certificate will be displayed in the shopping cart. If you do not wish to redeem the voucher, you can also remove it from the shopping cart
• You can also ask our Customer Service for the value of your voucher. Please have the voucher number ready.

In the event of a return, the resulting credit will be credited to your account. Please note that a credit balance cannot be paid out in cash. If you would like to receive a new gift certificate, please contact our Customer Service.
