Biscuits from Nový Dvůr.
These hazelnut biscuits are baked by the Czech Trappist nuns using an originally Italian recipe. They are sprinkled with finely chopped hazelnuts and are good to serve with an afternoon coffee or tea.
Notes and ingredients:
Wheat flour, butter, sugar, eggs, honey, milk, grated lemon peel, vanilla, chopped hazelnuts.
