The famous Advent star of the Moravian Church, with its impressive 25 rays, has been in our range for many years and enjoys unbroken popularity. With a diameter of eight centimetres, the smallest Herrnhut star proves that true greatness can be revealed just as radiantly in miniature format - whether as a soloist in an Advent arrangement, arranged several times in a window or in combination with the 13-centimetre star. The miniature star comes to you already assembled. Thanks to the LED light supplied, it can spread soft light, but also contributes to an atmospheric ambience when unlit.

The star is manufactured by Herrnhuter Sterne GmbH - formerly the "Herrnhuter Brüdergemeine", a religious community of Moravian immigrants named after the East Saxon community of Herrnhut, which was founded by its members in 1722. Their influence on Christian life in Germany was considerable: the custom, still widespread in Saxony and Hesse today, of assembling a large star on the first Sunday of Advent in a family circle, the light of which shines until Christmas, also goes back to them.

The star has always been a "good thing" in our sense of the word - and with the right power supply unit or battery holder, it "shines" even more. You can order both the battery holder and the power supply unit for indoor use separately; they are specially designed for the small Herrnhuter Sterne (Ø 8 cm or 13 cm).
