Italian pepper mill FUNGUS

General Information
Culinary cultural asset
In its native Italy, this small but fine pepper mill is almost part of the townscape in many places. This is hardly surprising, since it has been built in this form for at least half a century. Accordingly, the mill is often found on the tables of caffé bars and restaurants in the country. Do you recognize the design model from nature? It's the porcini mushroom, or fungo porcino in Italian. The mill body, turned from beech wood and painted dark, feels smooth to the touch. The grinder, made of anodized steel, is the best for pepper and is corrosion-resistant in the vicinity of the stove and hot food. With the help of the locking knob, which sits on top of the knob, you can adjust the grind continuously from fine to coarse.
