Ladies check scarf, multicolor

This scarf is incredibly soft and warming, which it owes to the material combination of alpaca hair and virgin wool. Added to this is a proportion of recycled polyamide, which makes the fabric more shape-retaining and hard-wearing. With its striking, multi-colored check pattern and the wide, long fringes at the ends, the scarf also knows how to convince visually. The virgin wool used comes from certified organic animal husbandry.

The work of fashion label Lanius is influenced by three factors: first, a style characterised by sophisticated designs and forms, secondly the use of certified raw materials and thirdly the guarantee that all garments have been produced under fair working conditions. Depending on the garment, one factor may get centre stage, but the other factors don’t move out of the focus – however, importance is always attached to outstanding quality both in terms of materials and finish. The label was founded in 1999 by Claudia Lanius, who works on all her ideas and designs in her Cologne studio; she has them developed by her team and then assembled by producers in several countries.
