A nesting-box of larch-wood with a nice clean finish. An entry-hole 32 mm across and nesting quarters measuring 22 x 12 x12 cm make it suitable for all small birds like tits or nut-hatches that like to breed in hollows. The inside walls have been provided with grooves to help the youngsters with their first attempts at climbing and flying. The front flap can be lifted for cleaning purposes and a metal plate serves as an ‘anti-woodpecker’ device, stopping woodpeckers from enlarging the entry-hole and getting in. The wood has been treated with oil to prevent it from greying. Height 29 cm, width 18 cm, depth 22 cm. Weight 2.2 kg. Comes with attachment material.
