Manufactum tomato destalker

In tomato rich summers, a situation repeats itself more often: the harvest turns out large, all the fruits ripen at the same time and then also want to be eaten quickly or processed into canned tomatoes. But before the dried tomatoes, before the tomato puree or the tomato jam from own production still stands the time-consuming cutting out of the solanine-containing flower heads from each individual fruit. A (quite annoying) job, which is done all the faster if our tomato destalker is at hand. The sharpened prongs reach deep into the flesh of the fruit and with the spoonlike semicircle, the green stalk can be easily removed in one piece.
