Massage glove flax

These massage gloves are made in Germany - 61 percent from flax and 39 percent from cotton. The manufacturer, a family-owned company since 1862, once had a utility model protection for massage gloves. They were the first textile massage products made from untreated and natural fabrics. They are still manufactured free of bleaching agents and dyes. The glove is elastic and suitable for all hand sizes.

The production site of these massage utensils is often visited by visitors and school classes who want to familiarize themselves with the basics of weaving and the beginnings of the industrial revolution in Germany. Because of the yarn thicknesses, production at riffi in Troisdorf still takes place on looms that work according to a traditional principle: namely with punched cards and shuttle looms. This allows you to see the fabric being created with the naked eye. A higher speed would destroy the looms due to the firm and strong material (flax and sisal). The high-quality massage utensils made of cotton, flax or sisal produced in this way are superior to conventional wooden brushes as they hug the body and are more hygienic; they can be cleaned in the washing machine.
