The sporty and elegant between-seasons coat is our favourite all year round. It comes with angled welt pockets but without a slit in the back. The coat made from certified organic cotton is partially lined; sleeves and back lining are not simply hung in but sewn into the seams; plus, all seam allowances are piped. A wide-cut facing of viscose supports the fit: it extends into the armhole and keeps things smooth. Four underarm eyelets provide additional ventilation. The concealed button placket includes genuine horn buttons; the pocket bags are doubled for use as inside pockets. These have piping and metal zippers.

EtaProof® is a breathable cotton fabric from the Zurich weaving mill Stotz, which keeps you dry according to the protective principle of umbrella silk when the rain is not pouring down from the sky in torrents. The moderately wax-based impregnated fabric is so tightly woven that the fibers swell on contact with moisture and water droplets roll off the surface. As a natural fiber, EtaProof® naturally cannot and will not compete with synthetic fabrics. With intensive use, the light natural color of cotton can therefore emerge - this is even desired by many customers, similar to the Used look that jeans develop over time.
