Men's Buccanoy Pants 1923
Classic cut, striking fabric
The Buccanoy Pant picks up on the typical shape of British suit pants from the 1920s. The cut is characterized by a slim silhouette, while the fabric, which features a herringbone pattern, is strong and striking. The trouser legs are lined to the knee. Pike Brothers equips the trousers with button placket, suspenders buttons and a "cinch back strap" for moderate width adjustment in the back waistband. Two side pockets, a coin pocket and two back pockets hold small items for everyday use.
Pike Brothers. Tried and Tested but Not Stuck in the Past.
The Pike Brothers label from Bad Feilnbach in Upper Bavaria proves with garments inspired by textiles from the world of workwear that form and functionality are not mutually exclusive. While creative minds in other companies have to work out their cuts, the Pike Brothers collect, dissect and finally reconstruct historical originals from a wide variety of workspaces. Different material requirements and cuts are taken into account on a one-for-one basis. Fabrics are reissued in collaboration with traditional weaving mills. Finally, the Pike Brothers have the garments made by hand from selected European tailors. The resulting products tell a story by dint of their appearance. Moreover, they are proving themselves in practice, just like their historical role models did, to be highly functional and to offer the highest comfort – no matter what the activity.
