Matching the tablecloth: forty colors - no color stripe combination is repeated! Cut from the high-quality cotton/linen blend of the tablecloth, the napkins have partly identical and partly different color combinations. This makes for a colorful table setting. The colorful cloth comes from a weaving mill at the foot of the French Pyrenees, where weaving is now in its fifth generation. The unusual color design of the fabric was created by Hilton McConnico. The designer and artist, who lived in Paris, was not only a textile and product designer, but also a set designer, fashion designer and production designer who worked on many films.

The Moutet family has been weaving table linens and kitchen textiles since 1919, now in its fifth generation. The products are made entirely in Orthez, in southwest France.

Hilton McConnico was one of the first very great designers who decided to work for Tissage Moutet. He revolutionized the traditional striped patterns and created completely extraordinary jacquard patterns. The famous American designer, who was also a painter, decorator and set designer, received numerous awards for his work. Today his works are exhibited in numerous museums around the world.
