Sports equipment, disguised as furniture. The Nohrd TriaTrainer
As a piece of fitness equipment, the TriaTrainer from Nohrd is used to train the abdominal, back and gluteal muscles. However, it would be much more accurate to call it fitness furniture, because it comes as a veritable piece of furniture - as such it is not necessarily to be used, but it is nevertheless processed in the best carpenter's manner: The frame is made of solid German wood, its moving parts are connected by sturdy metal hinges, and the footrest adjustment mechanism is also made of metal. The foam upholstery is covered with black imitation leather. Thanks to its material, design and small footprint (when folded, it takes up just 90 × 35 cm of floor space), you can confidently place the TriaTrainer in your home; at most, it will attract attention due to its asymmetrical shape. This is due to its various functions.
One device. Three positions. Versatile training
When folded, the TriaTrainer serves as a classic abdominal trainer. With the foot section unfolded, it becomes an incline bench for back muscle training, and when fully unfolded, it finally becomes a weight bench on which chest, shoulder and arm muscles can be trained with dumbbells or barbells. The padding and non-slip imitation leather cover then provide secure, comfortable support, as does the padded, ten-way adjustable footrest. The TriaTrainer can also be used as a base and support for other exercises; you'll find some examples in the enclosed training booklet.
Trunk muscles in balance. 1-a posture grades
Strong, balanced trunk muscles are the basis for pretty much everything that is demanded of our bodies in everyday life: Whether sitting, standing or running, lifting, carrying, working or playing sports, in any physical activity it stabilizes the upper body, enables a good, physiological posture and thus only back-friendly lifting and working. It therefore makes sense to train both the back and abdominal muscles to the same extent or to work towards them acting as equally strong counterparts. Otherwise, it can lead to back pain if the back muscles are too weak, but also if the abdominal muscles are deficient. The TriaTrainer enables simple, effective and at the same time spine-friendly strength training of the entire trunk muscles. The slight incline in all three positions of the bench additionally supports and promotes muscle development.
In combination with other equipment such as dumbbells, you can also train the shoulder, chest and arm muscles - these not only cut a good figure, but also support back-friendly, gentle carrying and lifting and, like good upper body muscles, also help prevent shoulder and neck problems. If you then also pay attention to your posture, you'll soon get top marks. The included training booklet offers a variety of different exercises for beginners and advanced users.
